Terms of Use for mPayN.com
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the mPayN.com website, a platform for recharging Nepal mobile carriers (NCELL, NTC, Smart Cell, UTL), data packs, voice packs, DTH (Dish Home, Clear TV, SIM TV, Max TV), broadband (WorldLink, Vianet, Subisu, Classic Tech), landline, electricity (Nepal Electricity Authority), and water (Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited) services from India. By using the site, users agree to these binding terms. mPayN provides recharge facilitation but relies on third-party providers for fulfillment.
Eligibility and Accounts
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. No account creation is required, but users provide accurate details for recharges; false information voids transactions. mPayN reserves the right to suspend access for violations.
Services and Usage
Services enable instant recharges and bill payments, processed via APIs from Nepal providers. Users select carriers, packs, or bills accurately; mPayN ensures prompt processing but cannot control provider delays, credits, or cancellations. Prohibited uses include fraud, multiple accounts for abuse, or commercial resale without permission.
Payments and Refunds
Payments use secure gateways; users bear gateway fees and confirm details before submission. Transactions are final upon initiation; no refunds for successful recharges, provider errors, or user mistakes, except proven gross negligence limited to paid amount. Delays up to 24 hours possible due to networks.
Disclaimers and Liability
Services provided “as is” without warranties for uninterrupted access or accuracy. mPayN disclaims liability for provider failures, data loss, or indirect damages; maximum liability equals recharge amount. Users comply with India-Nepal regulations, including RBI cross-border rules and KYC.
Governing Law
These terms follow laws of India, with disputes resolved in New Delhi courts. mPayN may update terms; continued use implies acceptance. Contact via site for questions.
