- Dial *400# to check your Namaste telecom voice pack balance.
- Dial 1415 and listen to your voice pack details.
- Download NTC official app and check your remaining voice pack.
How to Activate NTC Voice Pack from main balance.
- Dial *1415# and wait for the USSD response code.
- Select your desired pack and press the call button.
- Upon activation, your main balance will be deducted.
How to activate NTC Voice pack with Direct Recharge.
- Fill the Mobile number on the top of this page and choose your desired pack.
- Click Recharge Now and pay the amount through UPI, Indian Credit, Debit or Net banking.
- Once the payment is completed your Nepal Telecom Voice pack will be activated immediately.
