How to check NTC voice remaining credits.

1. Dial *400#  to check your Namaste telecom voice pack balance.
2. Dial 1415 and listen to your voice pack details.
3. Download NTC official app and check your remaining voice pack.

How to Activate NTC Voice Pack from main balance.

1. Dial *1415# and wait for the USSD response code.
2. Select your desired pack and press the call button.
3. Upon activation, your main balance will be deducted.

How to activate NTC Voice pack with Direct Recharge.

1. Fill the Mobile number on the top of this page and choose your desired pack.
2. Click Recharge Now and pay the amount through UPI, Indian Credit, Debit or Net banking.
3. Once the payment is completed your Nepal Telecom Voice pack will be activated immediately.
